The 36m high ATC Tower is designed to be spacious, ensuring working space for up to 15 staff at the same time. The flight procedures using satellite technology have been applied to ensure the safety and efficiency of flight operations in more complex weather conditions than traditional flight procedures. These new flight procedures are designed to be more flexible, direct with shorter flight trajectories, that helps to save flight time for airlines and improve the operational capacity at Dien Bien airport.
